A grand light-filled hall, two warmly appointed bedrooms, a fully-equipped Sattvic kitchen, and generous SUV parking — all on the ground floor, thoughtfully laid out for your complete comfort and privacy.

Your exclusive sanctuary encompasses the entire ground floor. Upper levels and terrace are reserved as private quarters.

Sattvic Environment
No smoking, alcohol, or non-vegetarian cooking. We maintain a pure, high-vibration atmosphere throughout the villa.
Pets
Beloved companions are welcome to enjoy the spacious outdoor parking area only. Pets are not permitted inside the villa.
Hours of Stillness
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace of the neighbourhood.
Sattvic Kitchen
Only vegetarian cooking is permitted in the kitchen. Please honour the spirit of this home.
Air Conditioner Usage
When using bedroom AC — keep the room door and washroom door closed. When using hall AC — keep all bedroom doors, main door, and windows closed. Never leave windows open while AC is running. Switch off AC when leaving the room.
Checkout Procedure
Please ensure all doors are locked and keys returned to the lockbox before departing. Leave the villa as you found it.
